AIA is a professional organization that helps architects serve the public’s needs and builds awareness of the role of architects in American society.
“I’ve spent most of my career in the academic area – secondary education and university level teaching – helping students pursue careers as architects,” said Bettini. “I am grateful that this award recognizes those contributions.”
Bettini currently teaches AutoCAD and REVIT software to Kean University students.
Bettini has been involved with the Architects League of Northern New Jersey chapter of AIA for 11 years. He is a trustee and chair of the Scholarship Committee.
“I’m truly impressed with them. I always tell them that,” said Bettini. “They’re exceptional students who work hard, are motivated and are very talented.”
